Just looking for opinions. I had the worst headache at 9dpo like nothing I've ever experienced. Does my bbt chart look like I could be pregnant??

Too early to tell. It looks like you're only 4 dpo. Your temps would have to stay high for about 18 days to suggest pregnancy and you would have tested well before that. Don't stress the temps. Just wait another week before testing.
