Could it still be possible?

My cycle is usually 35-45 days. My AF is very irregular. I was suppose to start my period on December 16th. I am on day 56 and still haven't got my period. I spotted a couple days ago and took a cheap dollar store test on the 27th and it was negative... is there still a possibility that I could be pregnant?
