How much do you workout? Prior to conceiving I taught hot yoga 4/5 times a week and ran 3+ miles 2-3 times a week, now I'm still trying to do gentle yoga once or twice a week, but when I go to the gym and jog I feel totally exhausted the entire next day. I'm only jogging a few miles and walking when I need to. Any recommendations? I want to stay fit!!
