Answer

This year I'm going to try adding things instead of trying to take them away. The most common one that I did all the time was say that i wanted to lose weight. But year after year I would always feel badly about myself when I didn't or I would take extreme measures to ensure I did. So this year my resolution is to cook healthy dinners more often for my boyfriend and I. And I want to practice self care more often like taking a bubble bath or doing a face mask ☺️
