Diaper cream in your diaper bag?

Ftm here. Is diaper rash cream a diaper bag staple? I understand carrying it if you're traveling but is it something you would suddenly need on a shopping trip or something?

Yes. If they have explosive bms it can cause a nasty rash fast.

Yes. I always keep a tube in the diaper bag. And it's small so even if you never do use it, it's not like it's wasting space lol

Yes I have one for the house and one for the diaper bag! It's always good to use as a barrier and to be preventive even if there's not a rash I use ointment since it's thick!

Ftm, but I've been told to have it with you anytime you MIGHT have to change a diaper. You never know if they'll have a little outbreak between the last diaper change and the next change, so it's a good idea having some with so you can soothe babies rash if one comes on out of nowhere.

I keep it in the diaper bag, downstairs and upstairs. You just never know when you may need it lol
