Okey there is this girl which I have a major crush on she is cute in my eyes. Anyway we've known each other for almost 2 years now and she sticks in my mind. Once we had the talk of going to the next level and agreed not too. I have real strong feelings for here. 
Recently I've been talking alot to her cousin she is so much younger than me and I don't like her in that way?!
Now should I ask herself out?! She might think i like her cousin, and i don't like her that way.

Just make sure she's ready for a relationship with a girl first, and if she is, don't just ask her out. Flirt with her for a while, and slowly build up to a cute little relationship proposal. I wouldn't want someone to just ask me out out of the blue if we hadn't flirted a little first, because I'd be really surprised and unsure. She might be like that too. Best of luck, beautiful!
