Sex Help Please

Ok so, I've been on the same birth control for 2 years now. Just recently after having rough sex with my fiancé a month or two ago, I found I was bleeding during sex. It didn't hurt. I honestly didn't even know I was until I looked. Anyways... now it's happened 3 more times every so often when we have sex. Bright red blood. But it goes away after peeing after the sex and cleaning myself off. Does anyone else have this problem or know what it could be!?
