How long after birth did you get to shower?

How long was it after birth did you get to shower? What happened as like changing sheets and getting bed cleaned up. Our hospital doesn't have a delivery room. So the room and bed you deliver in is the room you stay in. Im a small bit of a clean freak and Im just wondering with a epidural how long before you can get clean? And do they change the bedding afterwards?
