Capricorn men

I've had difficulty understanding Capricorn men. Ima aries and I've noticed that naturally we are impatient and can be jealous. This guy is very reserved and too patient. I want to be with him but he said He doesn't want to rush into anything. Being an aries we can be aggressive when it comes to wanting something. Should I wait for him or just move on? I've been trying to be with him since 2013.
