nightmare !!!??

I called the police few years ago on my husband because he was abusing me emotionally, verbally and physically. My son was 3 years old then and he saw everything in his eyes and he was crying. Of course my ex husband got arrested but the court dropped or diss messed the charges after few monthes. After that my ex husband found a lawyer who helped him to file a law suite against me for Malicious prosecution . I went front of jury of 12 to 15 people I was defending my self with out a lawyer because I could not afford to hire a lawyer. The problem is my ex husband and his lawyer win the case against me because they played a game in front of the jury and twisted the whole story.and now I have a judgment against me to pay my ex husband $25,000.  Now my son is 8 years old and my ex tried to get the money from my bank  account but he was not susscessfull. When ever I move to a new condo he will go to the town hall to check if I own the place to place a lean on it. He do all those things to hurt me and he does not realize that he is hurting his son by doing all this. I do not know what to do and how to get myself and my son out of this situation. Please help!!!
