possible miscarriage?

So about 2 days ago, after my spouse and i got done having sex i noticed a light brown discharge i guess you could say come out, it didnt continue for the rest of the night. BUT, the next morning i went to the bathroom & when i wiped, there was a glob of something that looked like a tiny fetus. After that for the whole day i heavily bled(red). my boyfriend had to guide me room to room because i couldnt walk straight & kept passing out. Can anybody help me & tell me what's going on?
