bleeding after intercourse

 when I was 21 wks I had a gush of blood come out after Me and my SO  had sex. We went to the hospital but they didn't say what caused it baby was fine and kicking. Since then we only had sex 3 times cause we were scared. We had a lil quickie yesterday (wasn't ruff) &I I whipped i seen lil pinkish spots barely noticeable. We tried it again today and we didn't even finish cause he was too scared it was only about 3 minutes, I whipped right now should I be worried? Baby is active
