This photo isn't very good but I'm due my period in a week so I usually get spots around this time. I got the biggest spot of my whole life appear three days ago and it's really sore. Last night, as it was big and white, I thought I would try to pop it. Probably a stupid move as it didn't help and it's still huge. I can't put witch hazel on it because it's been picked so it stings. Can someone please advise me on what I can do next? I'm so embarrassed. It might sound silly and childish but I feel like I look like I'm riddled with disease. It stings but at least it's not as swollen as it was yesterday. It looked like a big spot but now because it's scabbing it looks a bit more like herpes
