fell asleep late at night and woke up with numb arms?

i guess cuz i slept ON THEM WRONG idk.. but i felt like i was almost going to die because i couldnt feel my 2 arms😰😰😰😰😫😫😫😫I rushed to the er but went back home because my arms were back to normal!!!! omg im so scared i still feel them alittle tingly... should i go to the doctor to check and see if they can precribe me with something for arm numbnesss at night? 😞😞😞😞😞i was havinf an anxiety attack!! i thought i was having a stroke but no just poor circulation!!!
