I'm not proud of it, I'm trying to change it but I'm the queen at running away/avoiding my problems.

I will meditate on it. It calms me down and helps me look at the situation with a clear and level head.

I also like to write. I write poetry or just general journal entires to get things off my mind.

Call my dad n try to find the silver lining in things. My dads my rock, I mean my BF isn't very good at being sympathetic so I go to my dad for things like that. He's awesome n always makes me laugh out my pain. It sounds cruel to ppl who don't know our family dinamic but, it works for us. Even when death happens we still find a way to joke about it. My dad doesn't take life too seriously, he's always told me it's better to laugh it off than stay upset about things.
