My baby girl just turned 10 weeks today and all she does is cat nap. She wakes up twice during the night to eat and diaper change but doesn't really sleep during the day. Anybody else have the same sleep patterns as my sweet girl??

My little guy just started to sleep more at night and now he does worse during the day. He will cat nap 15-20 minutes here and there. It's silly but the only time he will sleep for at least an hour is when I put him in a bodysuit for outdoors. It zips and covers his whole body and then I put him in the swing and he's out for an hour or more. I'm thinking it keeps him warm and feels secure in it. Of course in this picture he wasn't tired but it usually works for us.

My baby boy is 10 weeks as well. He goes to bed between 9 & 9:30 pm and wakes up at 4am to feed and diaper change. Then again at 7:30-8am sleeps till 10am then after that is CAT NAPS. Sleeping between 30min-1hr. I sleep well at night but it's a bit challenging to get things done during the day. If I put him down on the crib or pack n play he will wake up a soon as his head touches the mattress. So this is how we spend most of our days 😀

My baby doesn't sleep that well during the night. He wakes up every 2-3 hours to feed but during the day it's the same story as yours! The only way he will sleep for more then 10 minutes is in my arms or in a wrap.

Yes, same! What is up with this?! He started sleeping pretty much 9:30-5:45 and then up for an hour for a change and feeding then sleeps for an hour. Sometimes does another hour or less. Then cat naps! Almost no crib naps anymore. Sometimes I don't even get to try to put him in there because he wakes up on his own after feeding. He will sleep like a champ in the car and walking around in the stroller so I go out and about a lot during the day. He needs and wants to nap and trying to fight to make it happen make me crazy! I've tried watching sleepy cues, doing "sleep, eat, play" and just putting him right in the crib awake, but nothing works. I've even tried controlled cry it out (few minute intervals of crying to come in and soothe) and the most I'll get is an hour. I know he needs and wants more sleep but I just can't make it happen. We took a long road trip last week to visit family and he slept almost all day with breaks for diaper change and bottles (I pumped in the car and it worked out really well) and he still slept like a champ that night so I know it's the kind of sleep he's supposed to have! Someone please help! He's 9 weeks and I want to enjoy the last 3 of my maternity leave without fighting him for a nap.
