Pretty much anyone can report it but depending on the age of consent in your state (it's 17-18 most states) only your parents and the police can press charges. But if the police find out for whatever reason, they are obligated to open a case.

Honestly it varies a lot state by state. People think a lot of the time it's just 18+ can get in trouble but a majority of states have a four year age gap. So, 15-19 is right on that line depending on your birthdays. Google consent laws for minors in your state and do the math month by month. If it's is just four years and no more, it isn't illegal (in my state at least) please do your research!

He can get in a lot of trouble. If you deny he is the father to try to protect him the courts can order a DNA test to prove you have had sex. And it doesn't matter if you are almost 16. You got pregnant at 15. And that's illegal
