So i have a mirena iud... and ive had all symptoms of me having my period, but i have not had any blood, other people have the iud and say they dont bleed at all or it comes a lot later. I have had the cramps and back pain really bad since my period was supposed to start. But i also have been extremely nervous and excited which can cause a period to also skip a month or alter to a different date. Is this normal?
