UTI 🤒😩🖕🏼
So for those of you who have had one before, you know how effin annoying they can be. Well... it seems I gave so much advice about it on Glow this past week that I got one yesterday. FML lol 😂

Any who , some advice from the doctor:
-- Empty your bladder when urinating 🚽
--🚫NEVER hold your pee
-- Use the restroom AFTER inter course 🚺
--👉🏼Try and steer clear of lace panties
--ALWAYS wipe from front to back 👩🏽⚕️
--Drink plenty of water.💧💧

Some of you may not even care, but to those who HAVE had a UTI before, you know how painful, annoying & uncomfortable they can be. Anywho... just wanted to share. ☺️☺️☺️
