small patch on breast
I noticed this patch on my left breast a couple weeks ago. It started as a pea size, now it's about nickel size. It's mostly red with slightly yellowish dry skin on top. Otherwise it's unnoticable, doesn't hurt or itch. Any ideas what it could be? Should I check with a doctor?
