TTC almost a year now !!

TTC almost a year now !!  Not sure why it is taking so long I had a miscarriage around this time last year it was terrible I woke up with sharp pain like I was being stabbed in the stomach went to the bathroom and there was blood every where!! My hubby said he was devestated I was in bed that whole week and he said he wants us to try.. I wish it would happen already !! Starting to slowly lose hope was 4 month pregnant while I miscarried ... Any advice ?
