Baby was born Monday and milk is coming in today. I breastfeed exclusively minus two feedings where my nipples hurt so much I needed a break. Today I noticed lumps in my breast and I'm terrified of clogged ducts or mastitis. I've googled it online and I don't get much help guidance. Can someone please tell me what this could be and how I can relieve prevent something painful from happening. I started pumping just in case but I'm not sure it's helping
