Femara/letrozole: late ovulation or missed?

A little history first: 2 ectopic pregnancies, 5 years apart. Surgery to correct a blocked fallopian tube, uterine lining too thin, one discovery after another. Doc had me on estradiol for a few months to thicken my lining, plus letrozole due to only one tube available (other lost in ectopic). Need the left ovary to be the active one. This month only letrozole (femara). Taken a generic ovulation test every day for the last 19, down to the last test tomorrow. No ovulation detected. Always was regular before these meds. Added about a week to cycle when first started, but this is getting ridiculous. Did I miss it or is the letrozole really making my cycle this long??
