Hi ladies! I'm 13 weeks preggers (Yay! Second trimester!!) and have recently signed back up at a local gym after not working out for about 6 months. I'm only 5'1 and have a difficult body frame (gymnast type) to start with so Im determined to get my legs and arms toned during pregnancy and to obviously avoid excessive weight gain if possible. I have actually lost about 7lbs since getting pregnant so I'm not too concerned at this point but want to get a head start. What are some of your favorite, effective yet simple (low-medium heart rate) exercises while preggo? I've been walking on incline, lunges, squats and light weight training but would love to hear some other ideas! 🤰🏼🏋🏼‍♀️
Ps-I workout at a small gym so no pool or fancy equipment.
