Which do you use?

I use pads, and im sorta scared of sticking things in there and not being able to take it out. Should i try them...?? Yes, no? Idk im kinda scared

I'm kind of scared to use tampons too! I have very HEAVY periods I have to wear those huge overnight purple pads from Always or else I will leak :-(

I've used pads since I first started my period at age 10.  I've only recently changed to tampons at age 19. And I still use pads when I'm on my last days, spotting, or sleeping. tbh I wasn't comfortable using tampons at all bc of a really bad experience I had with them a number of years back. It made me so scared to use them, so I didn't. Until, that is, I just decided to try them out again. I had decided myself to test them out, no pressure from anyone else. And it turns out that's all I needed: time and myself. They're great for me now :) And I'm actually really glad I came to this on my own. It was a real mental and emotional booster when I needed it. And maybe I'll try out the cups in time as well.

I've used tampons for years! But a menstral cup is safer and I'm considering using one this period! Wish me luck! Hopefully I won't have blood up to my elbow 😂

Even if you lose a string to a tampon all you have to do is pop the tampon out with your fingers. I have only pulled out just a string from a tampon once in my life and getting the tampon out wasn't hard and didn't take long. You can't lose things in your vagina it's only so deep. So you will be able to take it out.

yes you should try them why not (:! it's easier taking it out honestly cause the string is right there you just pull it out! and to put it in, it will feel uncomfortable for alittle but you hold it from the end and put it in , in a sideways direction not straight up! and until your fingers touch you because if it's not all the way in it'll feel alittle weird and uncomfy. hope i made sense and helped:)
