Pump and dump during the holidays

So I haven't had a single drink for an entire year due to pregnancy and giving birth. I want to celebrate a little with family for the new years and I'm getting conflicting info when it comes down to how long to pump and dump after the liquor. Please any experts in this help me out here! I'm dying to try some Coquito!!!
