DREAM AND NIECES

I'm 9 days late 5 th month ttc and I keep having dreams. The dreams I had were about me seeing 2 lines on a pregnancy test.?! I only had 2 so far also my nieces one is 1 and the other one is 5. After being with us for like an hour she came up to me and said "Tia ___ has baby" giggled and kissed my belly while hugging it. After say 2 hours she started softly punching my belly of course it didn't hurt. Then the one year old seemed pretty close too me. She usually likes to cry because she hardly see me so she hardly remembers me. She kept laying on my belly then she'll get up play a little then lay her head back on my belly. She did that like 5 times. So I thought i could of been pregnant. I keep testing negative I thought I saw a vvvvfl but I got line eyes so. What could the dreams mean though. I never had dreams like this.
