I've had cramps everyday for the past week, and I just started having spotting yesterday. It was light pink, and now it's brown. I expect my period in a week though. I've been getting lightheaded, I've been acting more sensitive, and sometimes I feel like I'm going to throw up. Could I be pregnant?
