not producing enough milk!!! help ?

I gave birth 7 days ago and I've been using my pump to get breast milk but there's hardly anything coming out especially not enough for baby 😭 what can I do? I pump each boob for 5 minutes it's an electric one

So, I exclusively pumped until I got on BC and my milk dried up. Five minutes isn't long enough. Try 15-20 minutes at the least. 
Massage your breast all over while pumping so you're getting the most you can. Drink water. Like, a gallon a day. 
Power pump. I did this to help my supply. Pump for about thirty minutes, rest thirty minutes, pump thirty minutes, rest. Do this for a day or two. It mimics a newborn cluster feeding. Try everything you can to have multiple letdowns, after you have a letdown, just keep on going. 
Fenugreek is a vitamin you can take that helps a lot of women, and you could try lactation cookies. I've also heard a lot of women say eating oatmeal helps?
I know pumping isn't fun, but you're doing a great job!

Your baby removes milk better than a pump. Babys tummy is also very small right now.  Check how many wet diapers a day.

Can your baby latch? Babies remove milk and encourage production much better than a pump. Also 5 minutes it's near long enough. My breasts take a couple minutes just to fully let down lol then you'll start to get a decent amount. Also, pump for 15-20 minutes. But if your baby can latch, just nurse for a week or so, then start pumping after you nurse.

Try a manual pump. I never used electric. Also, Mother's Milk tea worked like a charm for me. Been nursing without supplementation for 8 months now.
