Stick ur finger in ur vagina and see if it's coming from there. Sometimes when I spot I only see my period when I use the restroom. But if that's only when u wipe ur bum. U should probably see a doctor asap. Try not to push so hard. N drink some stool softener. It might be spotting unless this happens regularly.. definitely see a doc

If thats from your rectum then Go to a doctor immediatly but if its from you vagina then dont be to worry too much it could just be that mother nature is palying games. Still suggest going to see your gp
