How active is your baby?

Question

Hi ladies- curious how often you feel your baby move? I'm 31 weeks and I've been feeling her move a little bit throughout the day but not a whole lot. She's more active at night before I go to sleep. Should I be worried that she's not more active during the day?

I wouldn't be worried. Are you doing your kick counts? A lot of times the movements during the day lull the baby to sleep. On top of that the baby may be moving but you don't realize it or feel it because you're also moving. It's good to take a minute and just lay down and be still and try and get baby to move if you ever feel like you haven't felt him/her in a while. Sometimes I get nervous that I haven't felt my baby move in a while, so I'll drink some juice and lay down and do a kick count. Always helps ease my mind ☺️

I'll be 32 weeks on Tuesday and my boy NEVER stops moving. Not just kicks, but full rolls and it's getting painful😂

Their movements change and slow down the further along you get so keep that in mind. My baby girl is the most active when I 1st wake up and right before I go to bed. I feel movements every now and then during the day but it's pretty sporadic. I'm not worried about it since I do kick counts and easy get over 20 in 30 min at night and in the morning.

As long as she has a pattern, no.
Your movement during the day lulls the baby to sleep. Also when you're moving around, you are less likely to notice. When you lay down, they wake up and become more active.

My babe was really active from like 16 weeks to 25 but now she has a pattern & only is moving nonstop at a certain time of day, everyday. I notice lil movements throughout the day. I don't think I ever went longer than 3hrs without feeling her thankfully.

I'm 29 weeks and 3 days with a little girl. She is constantly moving!!! When I wake up to use the bathroom she is moving and especially after I eat. While I'm out and about she is calm as a cucumber though.

I am 29w1d, and my baby girl moves so much after 4pm... with my son he didn't move as much only a bit, therefore I believe every baby is different.

I'm in week 30 and my girl moves about the same as before. She has never been a huge mover. She will make some big movements but it not an all day affair. I am just glad that she is moving, it makes me feel safe.

She could be and you may not feel it because of walking or being active. No reason to be worried but remember to count kicks.
