Why is it that us pregnant women can't sleep on our stomach? What actually happens to baby or stomach ? Any effects for pregnancy or baby?

You can sleep on your stomach until it becomes uncomfortable to you.

I slept on my tummy all the way until my first was born and half on and half off with my second.

As long as you are comfortable and baby doesn't start kicking the crap out of you lol, them I, sure your fine:)
