I have an angelcare 1300 sound, video and movement monitor. And I love it!
Makes me feel so much better to sleep when I know an alarm will sound if he stops breathing.
Also the video is pretty clear and it doesn't have WiFi. Which I don't like the idea of my child being broadcast over the Internet. Too many wierd people able to hack things. The monitor tells me the temp in the room as well as has audio indicator lights and audio itself.

What are you looking for from your monitor?  This will determine which ones are best for you.
 
Audio only?  Multiple handsets?
 
Video and audio?  Color or black and white?  One camera or ability to add more? One handset or ability to add more?
 
Wifi ability?  Ability to connect to a mobile app to view anywhere?
 
Extra monitoring?  Such as breathing, heart rate, etc?
