I feel like this a complicated question. I do think that some people still love the partners they cheated on. I personally think it's normal and natural to be able to love more than one person romantically. Obviously, though, cheating is not okay, and he must have really hurt you when you found it.

Do I think it's possible for him to genuinely love you? Yes, some people maybe just don't thrive in monogamous relationships. Would I leave a guy who cheated on me, but claims he still loves me? I would.

Really depends on the guy. My dad cheated on my mom a lot when they were younger but hes always loved her so much and now as theyre older they really show so much love and affection. And theyve been togeyher for decades. Some guys cheat because they really dont  care about you at all. Its crazy scary but you need to have a SERIOUS conversation with him because thats a big issue.
