What type of birth control do you take and why?

I'm on the pill now. I've been thinking about switching to the IUD, but don't like that it could possibly affect my cycle.

The pill, because it's the cheapest, and easiest to get, I don't have insurance.

The pill. Not the best thing for me but I tried to get the IUD but it was so painful I had to make the ob/GYN stop before getting it in all the way. My anxiety left me feeling some kind of awful afterwards. I would like long term birth control but it's hard when you don't want something invasive. The pill isn't exactly the best for me but it's much easier to access.

I was on the pill and switched to the IUD! I LOVE my IUD it gives me such a piece of mind that I won't get pregnant and can have as much sex as I want
