Maternity clothes??

So I needed new clothes before I got pregnant but now they are starting to become a bit short & smaller as my bump grows. I noticed some maternity clothing can be quite pricey and honestly I'd rather spend the money on baby stuff. So my question is are maternity clothes better & worth the money or can I cheat and buy regular clothing in larger sizes?

I do a combo of both. I shop for new maternity clothes at Ross & Target. I always check consignment & thrift stores too. I've found maternity clothes with the tags still on at those stores as well. I also buy tops & dresses in bigger sizes. Maxi skirts work well too ;) There are plenty of ways to dress during pregnancy without spending a ridiculous amount of money.  Good luck!

I find Old Navy sizes run a little big so I just bought a size up and it's worked out for me. I got some of their thick leggings for only $12 each!

Personally, I feel that maternity clothes flatter your figure more when pregnant vs regular clothes.

I wear yoga pants and I have 5 shirts. That's it. Got them for about $10-15 each at target and kohls.

I highly recommend the pants. Mine were becoming extremely uncomfortable and I didn't notice how much pain they were causing me until I went into maternity pants.

I feel the maternity jeans were worth the money! I'm MUCH more comfortable in them!!
I got a few tops from a maternity store, but mostly purchased larger sized shirts from other stores. Maternity shirts are longer with a stretchier material vs when I got larger shirts elsewhere they were just wider lol

I do a combo, maternity clothes are much more comfortable. I bought mine from burlington & ross mainly. The most expensive thing was like $14. I did buy maxi skirts & dresses in a larger size & they're comfortable too

I personally think maternity clothes are so worth it! I just got a bunch this past week from Target and Motherhood, and it was such a good decision.The jeans and pants are especially comfortable and more flattering! Everyone is different though. 😊

Maternity clothes were so worth it to me and if you take care of them they can be used in other pregnancies or sold after you are done using them. I don't put a price tag on comfort at this point!

They were worth it, but I got mine second hand from nice thrift stores! They were good prices and in great shape :)
