So I moved into my apartment complex a little over a year ago, boyfriend and I are stuck until November 2017.

So the management has changed 3 times since we have been here and they keep getting worse and worse. The fist issue is these damn pine needles all over the stairs, I slipped on them and fell. These pine needles have been here over a week and maintenance is supposed to "keep the area beautiful". Well that isn't happening. The breezeway outside the apartment is nasty due to the trash people, they leave pieces of trash that fall out on the ground, there's leakage from people crap in their trash bag. This costs $35 by the way. The apartment used to come by and power wash this area but now they don't care. There's trash outside like boxes, used condoms, tampons that just sit there. Maintenance will come by with a picker and ignore them. Then there's the ant issues I have reported multiple times. There are fire ants everywhere, my puppy is allergic to them so she's always itchy and whatnot. My complex is supposed to come "spray for pests" which they never do. I'm just so frustrated that this place is so gross. Also management doesn't care when there are noise complaints every night. My neighbors have large loud parties and smoke weed all night which then causes me to have to take a drug test because all my clothes smell like weed, the smoke seeps through the windows. I'm attaching pictures of the grossness. I don't know if anyone has any ideas.
