Anyone other preggo's out there can't sleep?!

Ugh, I can't sleep these days for crap! I'm 28 weeks and I can't get comfy, my brain won't shut up and I have terrible restless legs. I oscillate between wanting to scream and wanting to cry! Anyone else dealing with this?? What do u do?

Getting to the point where I almost have sleep anxiety (if that's a thing) when it comes to bed time because I fear it's going to be another awful night...hoping when I see the doc next week she will have some suggestions because I feel like I've tried everything.

Yes and I have no advice. I hit 30 weeks and haven't been able to sleep since. My legs are aching or going numb, I'm hot, using the RR twice at night, just uncomfortable. 😰

I hadn't slept in days. I'm serious days... I couldn't get comfortable because my hands would go numb almost immediately. I'm also bipolar and unmedicated for the baby right now so going into a manic stage was a huge worry as well. The ob said to take a Benadryl or unison tablet. Taking 1 of those meds vs putting me into a full blown manic mode where Id need my bipolar meds for weeks was a no brainer. It was beyond amazing to finally get sleep! Ps- if anyone has those numb hands wrist splints or an ace wrap work amazingly.

29+3 and can't hardly sleep at all. My stomach is becoming so uncomfortable. When I switch from one position to another it feels like the baby also has to get re situated. Pregnancy pillow helps at times. I think it's just to be expected at this point. I haven't found anything yet that makes sleep easier

I've been dealing with the same. As soon as I hit 28 weeks, the insomnia hit like a ton of bricks. I've just been keeping a TON of pillows around me. Even if I didn't sleep much or very well the night before, I try not to nap much during the day so it's easier to fall asleep. I've honestly just been laying in bed tossing and turning from side to side for 2 hours some nights until my body and mind tire themselves out and I'm able to drift off. Hang in there.

Yesss I hate it. It takes forever to fall asleep and then I wake up so much because it's hot, I have to pee, I'm uncomfortable, and my husband snores happily next to me.

I can't sleep either for the exact reasons you ladies have listed in conjunction w my bladder either feeling full or pushed on. It's terrible...I've been off work for 2 wks for the holidays and I'm dreading to go back. How will I survive going back to being on a scedule w lack of sleep?

I'm 30 weeks, my husband is sound asleep next to me and I'm just laying here like can I just sleep already? And then within 3 hours of waking up I'll be ready for a nap. 😩😩😩

I'm in this exact same boat. I go days without sleeping and I just break down crying because of it. Between the rls and him sitting on my bladder Im up the entire night
