could I be?

So I had unprotected sex while on antibiotics, and I completely forgot that I would be less protected. I had been off them for about two weeks and he did pull out, but I missed a period in December. I took multiple tests and didn't get anything but negatives, but I've been super emotional and I've been having to eat around the clock or I feel so hungry that I'll die? Could it be possible I am pregnant but just haven't been able to get a positive yet? It's a new month now so I am going to take another test soon. I'm just super confused. I'm also in my 20s and it would be a blessing because I didn't think I could have kids.
