new to the IUD mirena help

Hi all! 👋🏽 I just got my IUD on the 13th of December and ever since then I've been bleeding... 😬 it's super annoying how long did you bleed for ?? It can be very light to nothing and stops one day the next it's like a period and cramping...also I was able to feel my strings before but I can no more and I've been having strang cramping and a weird pain..... what does it mean I'm I just being paranoid!? Also headaches I've been having them who else? Also I feel swollen inside my vagina when I try to feel for the strings just feels swollen and I can't find my strings...
