I need some help ladies! Originally what I thought was the beginnings of thrush is actually a clogged duct. Baby can't empty it, the pump isn't working (both manual and electric), my husband even tried and still nothing. It doesn't always hurt but there is a bulge on the side of my boob. Has anyone ever had a duct that would not empty? If so what did you do to fix it?
