recommendations on a double stroller for 4yr old and a newborn?

I've got a 4.5yr old who loves the idea of riding in a stroller with her new baby brother/sister, but I can't seem to find a good stroller that would accommodate both of them. My 4yr old is about 37lbs I'd like to find a stroller that would hold a infant seat because I'm due in February and I don't want to take baby out of the car seat in the cold just to put in the stroller. I love the jogging strollers just because they are so easy to steer with heavy cargo. Or also if anyone knows of stroller with actual air filled rubber tires that would suit my need I'd be glad to know more about it. Thank you
