I think I could have endometriosis

I'm so scared because I think I might have endometriosis. I'm 21 and have felt the pain for about 6 years now. I didn't go to a gynecologist until I was 18. The pain I felt was during and after my period every month. Every time I move it feels like I and being stabbed in my uterus. I have horrible vaginal pains. I haven't told my gyno because I thought it was a normal part of period pains. But over the years the pain has gotten progressively worse and more frequent. Could they be fibroids? I don't know what to think but I'm scared. I rescheduled my annual til February because I'm so afraid of having a pap smear. I know it's going to hurt so badly for me. What do I do?
