sinus nasal spray?
I'm going to ask my midwife tomorrow. But my sinuses are so inflamed and I've already done the Neti pot a few times today but need more relief. I have similasan homeopathic sinus relief nasal spray but I can't find any one it's safety during pregnancy. Has anyone ever used this pregnant after asking doctor or midwife?
