Garlic to cure yeast infection

Y'all... So I have been on antibiotics for about a week now and have a HORRIBLE yeast infection. I was told by a co-worker that you can put a clove of garlic in the vagina and it could possibly cure a yeast infection in a day! So of course I had to try it. I had to try ANYTHING. Well I tried it last night and although it didn't get rid of it overnight I feel so much better!! The only problem I have is that apparently your vagina and mouth have a connection and you can taste the garlic almost instantly in your mouth when you insert it into the vagina. (Weird) Also I smell like an Olive Garden bread stick. But just an FYI for all you mamas that want to try natural at first, a clove of garlic in the vagina and coconut oil on the outside gives some serious relief!
