Can't tell Gender

At 16 weeks we were told that we were having a girl. At 19 weeks we were told that the baby was a boy but the ultrasound tech felt that the scan was unclear due to the fact that the " three hamburger lines" were present but there seemed to be a sctotum. At 24 and 30 weeks the tech couldn't tell again because the baby was breech. What do you think? Take a guess
