nausea already?

im only 5 weeks today and sooooo nauseous omg😩 is it normal to happen this early? i havent thrown up yet but i feel it coming/: what can i do to help?

Yes it's normal! I had nausea as soon as I found I was pregnant till 13 weeks! No throwing up but nausea every morning.

It is perfectly normal. Try eating some saltines or plain toast first thing in the morning before getting up, sipping some cool water or even a 'clear' soda like sprite or ginger ale. Light mint (like winter green) or ginger candies might also help a bit. And last but not least, mint or ginger teas are also great for upset tummies and can help with appetite. I used a variety of these during my first trimester with my son, and have had to eat a couple mint candies this pregnancy to help my nausea, I'm just over 6 wks. Hang in there mama! It gets better!
