Some of my creativity
I love showing my work and throwing all different kinds of ingredients together that I think pairs well and I can call my own and not go off any recipes my instructor gives us which hasn't happened yet...just thought I share some of my dishes I have created in culinary school...
first pic are grilled chicken breast and a grilled pork chop marinated with sweet chili sauce, minced garlic and shallots, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and a splash of pineapple juice...instead of using olive oil I used salad oil since it has no flavor. Grilled red bell pepper, zucchini, red onions, Portobello mushrooms, and yellow squash.
Second pic are roasted chicken thigh and breast, pork loin with a ground mustard, minced garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, rosemary, cayenne pepper, salad oil, I did use olive oil but salad oil thinned it out better. I roasted some carrots, yellow squash, rutabaga, and turnips in salt, pepper and thyme tossed in olive oil and roasted potatoes #ChefCara
