I'm really interest using essential oils to help me relax and progress through labor. I'm for sure taking my oil diffuser and am looking for suggestions on what might be good for labor/delivery, diffusing and otherwise. I've never used essential oils on my skin and I'm a bit nervous to try it, especially during labor as my first time, but I know they can have many benefits. Any tips, suggestions, or advice?
