Anyone know what that is I haven't got a chance to ask is it the umbilical cord or foot? Should I be worried ??

It looks like maybe the foot ! I think if there were anything concerning in your ultrasound the tech would have said something !

If you had a reason to be worried your doctor would have said something.....

The doc would tell you if it was something abnormal. Ultrasound techs aren't allowed to say anything about the image other than what the body parts are. If they told you something looked abnormal then it's technically diagnosing and that's illegal because they are trained to do the ultrasound and be able to know what they see but it's the doctor that's trained to diagnose and are licensed to do so. So the doctor should contact you if it's abnormal.
